I read it, but as you said, it's before Stage 6. So I'm curious how they will handle Stage 6 2 hour blocks. Will it be treated like Stage 6 or Stage 4?

I got the idea 4 hour blocks will be switched off and 2 hour blocks will stay one with the limit. I guess we'll find out today/tomorrow

I assume they will go off when its stage 6 and be limited to 10A during stage 4.

No, it's a feature. If you're over the limit then the power goes off then 30 secs later on again, then off then on up to 4 times and then it stays off.

Any kind of on/off action is bad electronically, part of why one shouldn't turn off decoders at night etc. (makes little difference these days.)
Lightbulbs left burning used to be reported as having survived for years.

Ideally no one should be over the limit after being warned in advance, so it's safe to say if you ever encounter this problem is is a misfortune tgat you brought upon yourself.
