Yup like a simple, your home solar doesn't effect the total generation of Eskom... It will bring down demand which does help Eskom, so in a roundabout way it will lead to lower LS.
What I know of Bennie, is that he is not allowed to install solar on his roof (according to him and his local council) because he thinks that where he lives (going on local knowledge, he is nowhere near CoCT), he still believes that one can get by without some battery.

Well I was way off stage 2 cause they lost 4 units :( at least I had yesterday off
I really admire your vumsa. Chutzpah

I threw my towel in weeks ago when they started chopping and changing on the fly like the points don't matter or something.

He also thinks they have spy satellites used to count the panels so they can fine you.

Oh look Australia had loadshedding and they even called it that.
So can people stop saying SA created it
Oh it's probably going to be stage 4 or 3 tonight 502719099.jpg

And you have to pay for SSEG by law. It's all a DA plot to get money out of you and see what you're doing in the shower...

While @TheChamp wants to see spin for Minister Sputla and interim CEO Cassim, the actual cause of reduced loadshedding has nothing to do with the government and all to do with the private sector:

So where was this so called solar preventing day time load shedding over the weekend? Cause here are Saturday and Sundays numbers

Pretty much almost in line with the so called week that Renewables saved the day apparently.
