Reset mine a few months ago. My token didn't work all of a sudden and I had to input a set of numbers into the meter to get it working again. Eskom helpline was actually very helpful getting it working again.
 
Oddly enough higher availability but forecasted higher demand

Sadly it seems el nino is ending soon, so cold will come, good news, may skip drought
