This should be standard Eskom rollout nationwide. As asked before, where is eskoms solar division? Why no forward planning? They should be installing to houses direct, and instead of paying your monthly electricity bill, you'd be paying a 'solar rental bill', all feeding back onto grid. Instead of making loses with people who can afford to go off grid, they could have still been minting it for their solar rental business.They should rather just have every house fitted with panels, batteries and gas. That would help immensely and save costs.
