I can't really comment, I've got thick skin, yesterday wasn't really that cold as people predicted it to be.

Everyone (on automatic switching) across the country said their 10pm slot ended at 10:50pm on saturday.
 
Personally couldn't be bothered to keep a log of how shed-skipping is working. But maybe a study you guys shoud do... *hint, hint* :D

I think our 10pm slot was entirely skipped. Cant be entirely sure as I was reading bet with a reading light pre-charged via USB, but definitely, by 10.45pm when I went to the bathroom, that light was back on.

Possibly. I can't recall any missing 10PM slots during summer, only recently become a thing during the winter, especially when it's raining. I feel it is somewhat related to Eskom unofficially canceling load-shedding during the time. Unlike in JHB, if we miss LS slots, I feel it is not due to failing infrastructure but CoCT receiving a message from Eskom to turn the power back on, as CoCT is quite the stickler in following rules.

Trust me CP is even more of a stickler, I mean they've obeyed everything Eskom has said, hence why we're still delayed on any mitigation.
 
I'm on Eskom Direct, not City of Cape Town, and they skipped us this morning and 5 nights in a row a couple of weeks back.
