All jokes aside, that is tight for a Sunday.
 
Entire roodepoort is without power

Thats the reason there is enough supply

Though not sure why they used 17 when they had 1400MW spare they could've used an additional 8 really to make the needed 2GW reserve

The entire Roodepoort would be 100MW sadly. Though I don't see any of us Roodepoortians creating entire threads about it like that Cape Town one :p.
 
forecast for today is dismal, lets see if it changes around 11 or not
 
seems like no change after 11, they said no load shedding till august correct?
 
Forecast was updated around 11 am. Still all red for today and now also showing red in the early hours of tomorrow morning..

Damn, red at 1AM in the morning, wtf! :ROFL: My inverters have not had much action lately, so they can load shed for all I care.
 
Less than 21000MW on the grid at midnight!
