They dont have a sufficient amount of diesel to sustain this past may a day or two.. Logistical issues come into play because of the sheer amount of diesel that needs to be transported to the OCGTs. Eskom mentions in their last statement that they are struggling to replenish emergency resources because of the large amount of breakdowns. I think that is what will push us over the edge into load shedding by tomorrow or Thursday unless there is a drastic improvement.Would they not need to implement LS if the need to use that amount would OCGT's continue? Do they have a sufficient amount of diesel to sustain this?
