About 3 weeks after a complete grid collapse and then it will be deemed a "challenge" instead of an emergency. So at what point is this declared a national emergency
And then we need a tribunal firstAbout 3 weeks after a complete grid collapse and then it will be deemed a "challenge" instead of an emergency.
But they first need a committee to decide if they need a tribunalAnd then we need a tribunal first
But first they will need a plan to plan for itBut they first need a committee to decide if they need a tribunal

I've seen reports from a bunch of places. PMB, Ekurhuleni, Standerton are just a few. And it's at random times for random periods.Does anyone have any idea how much is being shed with the additional 'load reduction'? E.G does anyone have data for what PMBs total usage is? Can do some guesstimating if we have numbers...
If they are turning off entire municipalities I'm guessing we are sitting well beyond stage 6...
Dude... as much as you might miss it, don't come back. This town has gone to ****.
My man...I visit my parents in PMB every year, and every year I tell them they should rather come visit us in the Cape. PMB is kak now. Only reason I go back (apart from family) is to get Kara Nichas.
Seems Eskom is aggressively load reducing to avoid higher stages of load shedding.
It sucks, but Eskom must make it clear that there is a no pay no service policy. The muni's that are worse affected will hopefully see a change in leadership to a party that is more accountable but if you live in an area where the voters keep on voting for ANC no matter how badly the ANC treats them, probably time to move.

It seems that they are doing it to municipalities who are up to date with payments as well. Whether that is normal or according to a payment plan previously agreed to.
