9Ouch so don't have a clue on what's happening
Block 5 or 9?
Yeah who knows as a lot of areas earlier were saying their power was on. So who the freak knowsMy power went off as per scheduled just now, block 10, so not sure what that city power tweet is about...
Very weird, but does seem to match the power alertPower was supposed to go off at 2am today, but it stayed on. However the power did go off for the 6pm slot earlier. COCT.
Hopefully it bears some fruit, I've got a feeling that it's going to slowly go back to each Muncie having its own power stations. Some better looking news for Jo'burg

City Power vows to explore alternatives in a bid to move away from Eskom
According to the electricity distributor, partnering with Eskom has become too costly - since it has been losing R3.6 million every day due to load shedding.ewn.co.za
The competent ones at least... The bankrupt and badly run ones, back to Zim 2.0Hopefully it bears some fruit, I've got a feeling that it's going to slowly go back to each Muncie having its own power stations.
Yeah a lot of the people there do pay sadly and still get punishedThe competent ones at least... The bankrupt and badly run ones, back to Zim 2.0
I think factories only open next week, but I expect higher stages later todaySo with all the people starting work again today, will we get stage 4 or stage 6?

I'm not so sure now. Again there was some progress the last few days, and again we had a "break" (yesterday, unofficial, and sketchy at best), so if somehow the collapsing units are under control we could be heading toward the planned(?) permanent stage 2.What we also discussed at work. If December had loadshedding whilst most factories/orfixes was closed, then we can expect merry hell coming Januworry.
I expect Stage 2/3 this week, depending on how it goes, and 4+ once the mines and smelters open.I'm not so sure now. But prolly good to guess conservatively, expecting stage 3 day and stage 4 night for a couple of weeks at least, maybe better on weekends.
