ppp error

all of a sudden my router's internet light turned red. When I tried to reinstall my password and username but it says ppp error or something similar. I tried reseting the router but nothing. Anybody know what to do? Btw im on telkom 5gig account if it helps
 
which router did you use cause i had billion 400g which did same thing then changed to TP-Link router and havent had any problems ever again

also check if its not exchange problem
 
I don't know which router you're using, but are you actually getting a Downstream/Upstream Connection speed in your routers status page?

If you see something like this is your router page, the problem is related to your port at the exchange, you'll have to phone Telkom and request they reset your port profile, if that doesn't solve the problem, it's a line fault.
