Pre-Paid Data Bundle [PPDB] sizes

Cool. Here is the list for the curious:

Must say I'm a bit stumped by this one. Did not expect it now. Just hope someone did not suffer from premature publication....

Trying to get hold of the product guys to confirm.

Anyone tried buying a smaller bundle?
 
111 still shows only 3 bundles.

Why the 3rd Gig STILL out of sync?

The bundles over 2 Gig doesn't make sense anyway. You don't save anything, actually you pay slightly more, and have less time to use it in than if you otherwise purchased 2Gig bundles.

A shame that the other PPDBs are not yet available, but we should have known that you would have told us the moment they were available :).

PS: I notice the PPDBs <500MB have been removed, but the larger PPDBs >2GB are still up on v4me: MYGIG 3,5,10...
 
I still find these pretty expensive :/

I had Mweb ADSL before this with 1GB cap. I'd purchase additional 1GB for R99. With 3G I'm getting a 10th of the data for the same price ...

Because of the cheap price, I never once stuck to the 1GB I initially purchased and bought 2-3GB additional data per month. With 3G I make 100% sure never ever to exceed the cap and watch it daily!

Why could Mweb do it at such a good price?
 
Surely you need to factor in the cost of your Telkom line rental and ADSL service?
 
Yea but I mean for the pure data.

And I'm asking honestly ;) Perhaps there is a reason that I'm not sure of? But even if I do a comparison between the two, I seriously have to stay within the cap I chose upfront with 3G. I was on ADSL384 with Mweb 1GB. Granted, it's not much more but it is more - and the cost seems to be data rather than rental, service or infrastructure.

1GB of data with Mweb was R490 and 3G R350.00
2GB of data with Mweb was R590 and 3G R640.00
3GB of data with Mweb was R690 and 3G R739.00

Yes, sorry about the confusion. But the fact that the web pages are ready should tell us something....;) Not that I'd ever use the 'I' word again.......
 
ADSL384 is only R152.00 now ... ? Impressive!
