Prepaid telkom data disappearing (rep please respnd)

Hi

For last 3 years beening making use of the 60+60 gig prepared

And when i went to refresh in july i say they habe taken that deal away so had to get the 50gig once off for same price

Anyway still had 50 gig off peak when i loaded the new data and it has said its vailid until october 2016

Buy in a mnth instead of them taking off that off peak they are taking it off the normal data.

Are they not supposed to uphold the data for off peak that is still valid

I have used 25 gigs in a mnth. Which is not possible.
