Would like to know if anyone who are with cybersmart can help me please? They say that telkom is going to come and install my adsl line for me, does this mean telkom is also then going to give me a huge installation bill then with the R275 once off setup fee of cybersmart? Would i have to pay cybersmart as well as telkom monthly for rental ect? Thanks

If so, then no.
There is no installation charges from Telkom.
You will still get a bill from Telkom for the analogue (normal voice) line rental, which is like R111.52 iirc - the price may be a bit more.

Hi there, we have no adsl line at the moment. That is correct they applied for an adsl line on my behalf. So your saying no installation cost then wow that is awesome. But how come telkom do not charge for it? Just curious. Thanks

It's a wholesale deal that certain ISP's have with Telkom.
Give Cybersmart a call for clarification if you're still not sure.
But based on what I've read during the application process on their site, there is no further cost related with getting yourself hooked up.

no dude you will only pay cybersmart every month for the line rental, cybersmart then pays telkom
