Healthy is a subjective term. If you want to see evidence that the serious crimes are a minority thing you need only look at the police stats. Go for it as they are freely available on the saps website, they even divide them by area for you.

In my area a little over 1 person is murdered a month and we are, according to the stats, pretty high up in terms of crime in the country.

Based on the geographical area my local police station oversees if the majority of folks were running around committing murders I assure you the number would be far far higher. Many many orders of magnitude higher.

As to claims of a utopia I once again made no such claims. If you are going to misrepresent me like a child then rather just stop talking to me please because I have no desire to chat with someone that isn't going to bother to listen to what I am saying.

You asked me to "Provide evidence that law and order are strong and healthy in our society". In fact you didn't mention morality even once in that post anywhere and then you throw this back at me?!? Seriously do the goalposts ever stop shifting with you?

It isn't that I'm convinced. You seem to think we live in some hell-hole where everyone just goes along with the law to prevent punishment and then cite minor traffic violations on your route to work as evidence. Who gives a fsck about traffic violations? Adhering to the rules of the road are not a yardstick for morality and just because someone violates some traffic laws does not mean they will violate human rights.

You paint a picture of a society in which everyone is a hedonistic freak out for themselves over everyone else and doesn't give a schit who they hurt along the way. The crime stats definitely say that isn't true. Do yourself a favour and go look at them as I said they are freely available.
