I got a ricoh laser and a hp all in one, both USB driven on windows 7. Suddenly both printers are not user friendly, page not correct or printer is fast asleep. The mouse and keyboard works fine on USB. What do you think is bad. I did re install the software for the printer

I had the same issue recently with my HP cp2025.
I am sure it was caused by a win7 update.
I reinstalled the printer setup and it works again.
PS I used online drivers and software as the cd was cracked and it works better than with the original cd install.

I had a situation where I was printing bar codes labels directly from my laptop. Printer just stopped working. Tried everything and eventually changed the usb cable. Problem solved.
