Shaun, although I (and others) appreciate your efforts, you can not handle 2500+ users call you for support. This is a general problem with Support and WBS lack of it. Like the email that was sent out the other day, very unprofessional. Incidents don't get updated, we have to speculate and converse umoungst ourselves to determine what is going on, slowly piecing together a puzzle with different comments from your helplessnessdesk.
If you can get that right, alot of your problems will dissapear.
We'd also like to know why WBS would go ahead and shape p2p AND implement a 3 gig cap, if we were to have a cap, then unshape everything, what do you guys care what we use the 3 gig for, we only get 3 gig!
It's less than 3 weeks to go, and not a single peep from WBS about :
a) Capping and when it will take place (including TESTING!!!)
b) Shaping, see my point above
c) PRICING ON ADDITIONAL BANDWIDTH!!!!!!!!!
