Proformance armbands

A friend of mine told me about kids doing judo, they were fighting one another and someone attached one of the bands onto the losing opponent without him knowing and it gave him more strength and once they removed it there was less strength to give the losing opponent a chance to win the fight.

LOL what a load of ***!

Thought they advised against wearing it when you sleep ? As for the kids Judo story what a load of poppy cock.

The most interesting thing I learnt from this thread is that the word cock is not masked :erm:

Mmm that just got me thinking maybe I should put the band around my ^^^^ and see if I can go all night....

I'm getting some serious Déjà vu with this thread ... did we not have a thread like this recently?

http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/25554285/PROFORMANCE_BAND_SMALL_BLACK.html

What is PROFORMANCE-BAND?

It’s a unique, stylish silicone wristband that works with your body’s energy field to facilitate the flow of energy through your body. The holograms in PROFORMANCE-BAND have been encoded with frequencies that resonate positively with your body’s natural energy.

How does it work?

Everything around you has an inherent frequency. Some frequencies react positively with your body and others negatively. When the PROFORMANCE-BAND hologram comes in contact with your energy field, your body interacts healthily with the frequency stored within the hologram. This enables improved energy flow throughout your body.

ROFL :D

So every person on earth has the same "Inherent frequency"?

How silly.

I learnt that in the 21yrs losing sex drive thread...

Had to reread that. Thought you learnt it in the 21 years of losing your sex drive.
Was about to direct you to the Mens Health Clinic

i personally have one, and it works for me, i definitely sleep better, so yeah it works in principle for me.

The reason you won't really get anyone willing to stick their head out here and say yes it works for me is because you guys are soo damn demeaning, if its a placebo effect then GREAT, who cares?

It must do some good since its been banned from most sporting events ranging from golf to swimming, so yeah maybe the placebo works just TOO well (isn't that just interesting)

I see by your signature you enjoy believing the fantastical. That explains your irrational response.

I think that's a little uncalled for ;)

Anyway someone in here mentioned these copper wrist bands. My dad swears y it for joint pains. Does that really work? I had a serious ankle injury a few years ago and my ankle can kill me somedays. My dad wants to make me a copper bracelet and says it will work. I only see him getting his skin to go green when he wears it :D

For a guy always reminding everyone to debate the issue at hand you sure know how to stick to your own rules....

If the emperor has no clothes on, Ill call it. I know people like to believe fantastical untruth over reality: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/22/opinion/22dowd.html?_r=1 Its a psychological trait. *shrug*. Based on his signature he already has a pennant for the fantastical ergo these bracelets make the world of sense to him.

But did your scars heal within seconds? Wolverine style?

I watched Wiz4rd's video now and did all the tests with 4 of my employees. I gave them an old keyring that looks fancy.

They couldn't believe it!!! WOW!!!

I used a lighter around my office. People cant understand how my shaman empowered balance lighter work :D
PS... kick Customs in the panties... they have slowed down my order from you :D

Doubt there is any scientific proof for the copper bracelets helping. But if the Placebo effect helps and it doesn't really cost you anything, why not?

Im not debating with him, I was simply talking about rationality for his response. I couldnt be bothered to debunk his post. I could have probably worded it more lightly though.

Does it really cost nothing?

Does it not cost society a tiny bit of rationality? Is it worth it to make society stupider? Is it okay to let them believe a lie? Is that not untruthful and wrong (letting someone believe a lie)?

EDIT: I just did the tests on my wife :D Only her natural skepticism is keeping her from believing my lighter has magical properties.... she really wants to know how it works... I think Ill let her stew for a bit before I tell her :D

What a load of kark. The only things they 'enhance' are the bank accounts of those who make them.
