Latency (Round-Trip-Time) plays an important part in TCP window sizing and your ability to fully utilize the capacity of a broadband connection.

Perhaps your fascination with bowel movements is restricting you from caring about latency. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the mountain today ?

Whats the use

The statemant that was made that the costs would not go down but services would expand is totally stupid (better description lead to ban). Most users in SA are not fully aware of all the capabilities that they get when subscibing to adsl they are mostly concerned about cap and speed. Better and bigger costs money. I don't want 10 extra mail boxes I want way bigger cap and pay less and I want Higher dsl speeds also at less..... well ja
