there was a time when I ate it with just water btw, tasted better than one would think and is also lactose free ;)

I also became wheat intolerant

But yeah, did try it with non-wheat and Cremora added - not bad. Not gonna try this BS new formula though

Used to not mind it as a child. Tried some a few years back and hated it. I have switched to future life a few days a week.

When I was small, my dad bought 25kg bags of pronutro that was stored in the freezer, my mom would scoop out for us every morning and pour on warm milk. Had it for 5 years as breakfast straight. Still hate it. Wont ever buy it for my kids.

I tried the future life option a while ago, developed kidney stones from it, as it turns into well cement. Binned the entire batch. Futurelife Granola is great though but their pronutro version is rubbish.

I haven't eaten it in years.

Weet-Bix has been my go-to for the better part of 20-years now.

Lately I have bought myself a bag or two of Froozels and have a bowl as a weekend ''treat'' on a Saturday/Sunday morning. Problem is it doesn't actually fill me, so I end up having Weet-Bix a little later anyway or some toast.
Weet-Bix has those massive chunks of hard stuff that catch you unawares when you're chewing on it. Nutrific doesn't have that problem.

while on the pronutro topic.

during army back in the early 80's, on the border we were issused rat packs with pronutro included. Loved the stuff - always swapped out for more pronutro.

moved into my flat in the mid 80's. used to buy my food from P&P Gardens. most mornings I didn't even bother putting on the kitchen light, just warmed up a bowl of pronutro in the microwave.

then one morning I switched on the light and discovered worms in the pronutro

never ate pronutro again!!!
