Property Zoning Question

Hi guys
I need the collective wisdom of... well... all you wise people out there. Is it legal to live in a property that is zoned for business and commercial use?

Specifically, the house is zoned as above, but I would like to reside there, rent out the garden cottage that is on the property, and run my therapy practice on site too?

You are not allowed to have somebody residing on a property that has been zoned for commercial use in Pretoria. No idea how it is for the other munies?
