PS4 specs already out?

Well I might be the odd one out here but I don't really care....PS4 here I come :)

I don't care about the xbox/ps thing...but those spec rumors are BS.

PS3 was released in 2006. PS4 date according to those rumors is latest 2011.

5 years in between. Moore's law says the tech should be over 4x as powerful..not less than 2x.

The cell architecture development was started in 2001. They won't use a modded version of that 10 years later.

Sony doesnt have the finances to take on another ambitious task like the cell and have it flop again, thats the main reason why they were emphasising their so called 10 year cycle for the ps3 (in order to make back what they lost) and moore's law is spot on but if you look at how nintendo is faring with old tech in the wii (the wii has 1.5 the power of a gamecube remember) you gotta ask urself is processing power going to win a console war ? on paper the ps3 has the strongest cpu yet in the real world it has not been proven yet and infact it has been beaten 99.9% of the time in mplatform games by a so called inferior xbox 360

Forgot to mentionthe small fact of porting issues and developer learning curves? Hmmmm. KZ2 already shows some of the real world untapped power available.

worked up?

ha ha ha ha.

The only peeps getting worked up are those peeps justifying why their redundant R6000 console is better then my uber cool and successful R3000 console.

and trust me - the moment their is a usb blue ray drive out there that is cheaper then R500 I am sure i will get one and plug it to my uber cool and successful R3000 console.

i would also feel obliged to defend myself if i fell for sony marketing and let sony shaft me with their big corporate oily winky in my bum hole. ;)

Whahahahah, Whahahah the uber R3000.00 console would not even know what to do with the Blu Ray drive. (Unless M$ release updated firmware which is highly unlikely) So you will have the BEST dvd player in the world. Just remember to buy a "Powered by a PS3 sticker" LOL. Thats a good one. :D

"big corporate oily winky" What do you think Microsoft is. Large corporations always have the game plan. To get as much money as humanly possible. I've got a PS3. I'm glad I bought it. But my allegiance is not to Sony. They all fscking us around, in some way or another.

Hmm IAP, you really enjoy going around proving your point quoting posts a couple months old?

Since its friday, Developer learning curves is a pathetic excuse, less QQ... its not their fault the ps3 is a ***** to design for.

*In before "but look at KZ2"*
How many years has it taken KZ2 to finally get released? It sure as hell better be able to make me coffee and drive me to work for the amount of time taken to be developed. Us gamers (the ones who use our consoles for gaming primarily) don't want to wait a couple years for a game
