PS5

Played around 2hrs of Stray last night.

So far I can conclude:
1) If you're not a cat person then you're probably not going to enjoy this as much
2) The game is certainly more about atmosphere than gameplay.
3) It's a nice comedown after Elden Ring :D

I have both and find myself playing a lot more on the PS5. It's just a more chilled experience when you want to relax.
Everything just works - no worrying about whether you have the latest drivers or whether they installed properly, no stutters, no dealing with 7 different launchers, etc.

Would be nice for a PS5 Pro to come out soon so more stuff is native 4K/60 or even dynamic 4K/120.
 
Well Stray was a bit shorter than expected. 5ish hours, none of it rushed, and the credits are rolling.

Still an excellent experience.

Well, as a not-a-cat-lover, that is about 5 hours and one minute too long.

As a non-biased individual, that does seem rather short.

Maybe my perception is skewed because the games I tend to play can give you hundreds of hours i.e. Borderlands, Destiny 2, Diablo 2 R etc.
 
Cats are in the same class as kids, utterly useless and pointless!

If someone breaks into your house neither is going to give two schits about you, a cat will continue licking its balls while you are being murdered or tortured or both, a dog on the other hand will defend you with its life.

I don't see the point of this game . . . or cats for that matter!

Yeah, seeing as Sony made a game about cats for cat lovers, I think I'm moving over to Xbox.

I tend to find that those who are vehemently anti-cat (i.e. not those who simply prefer dogs to cats) tend to have issues with their own masculinity.
