PUDO, The Courier Guy App needs your help.

Any software developers that can maybe contact The Courier Guy / PUDO to fix their APP?

Their APP don't work for the past month since their previous update and it doesn't look like they going to fix it anytime soon.

Even their website backend needs lots of TLC.

We used PUDO weekly, but recently it has become a nightmare.

I know they are cheap, and get the parcel delivered, but we cannot get the parcel in the locker.

Event their drivers confirmed their bookings went don't. Been a month, need help.
 
The Courier Guy devs are absolute idiots. Are you on iOS or Android?
The Pudo website is functional currently, maybe just use that in the meantime.
 
It is more than just their app that is broken.

 
They can basically shut their doors after this self inflicted fiasco. Not going anywhere near them
 
I just send a parcel with Pudo on Monday morning. Website works really well for me. Waybill and shipment info very clear and as always very fast service.

Dropped in the locker at 10.30am. Delivered to the destination locked next day by 9am. Centurion Gauteng > Margate KZN. Very quick for R60.

If you want cheap door to door TCG I use https://rush.co.za/ as my agent. Book and pay online and they collect like within the hour if it's during the day.

What do you mean, in the op you are complaining about their app, not about using their api to book shipments?

Why would a dev care?

They should just pay someone properly to fix thier services.

You seem to have problems with everything, I use the PUDO system a lot and have had zero issues. I've sent over 50Kg worth of items through it with zero hassle whatsoever. End party always get notifications that its ready for collection.
 
I nearly lost one valuable parcel through Pudo. It was ordered locker to locker to come to me. It was deposited on the Friday at 5pm when their system "upgrade" was implemented. I noticed immediately that the tracking was not working as normal as the system did not report the waybill as "created" which is what should have happened. Needless to say after 10 days of asking for help, mostly from my local Courier Guy Kiosk manageress, I got a call out of the blue from a lady who had found my parcel in a locker that was supposed to contain her parcel. My local manageress had been trying all week to get someone to go and check the locker for my parcel, which was in fact exactly where it was but no-one was bothered or sharp enough to actually get it done. Of course the entire Pudo system was going through serious issues for the entire 10 days and my little missing parcel was probably one of thousands of problems. Anyway things have since improved and I still send and receive tons of stuff via Pudo and the brief unreliability has mostly subsided..

I've just sent a few parcels to Durbs with Courier Guy. Went and arrived without a problem.

I’d start my renaming pedo / pudo to something less dodgy sounding.
