Purchase TV without TV license

Anyone know where can I buy a 32" - 40" LCD display/monitor (preferably without TV tuner) that I can use as a PC monitor without having to buy a TV licence?

I really don't want to buy a TV licence for my computer.

Esquire didn't ask for my license when I bought a HiSense 32" cheapie for the office last year (used as TV).

That's right... but it seems monitors without tuners don't go much beyond 32"

You find them, at least, in the digital signage space - kit like the LG M4210LCBA - pdf As a bonus you get something designed for 24/7 operation...

Decoders qualify as tuners so yes.

Ya seems to be, only ever tried it at HiFi Corruption a while back. Got a zim passport and just said I was taking it back home.

You do require a TV licence when purchasing a TV from Takealot...you can't checkout if you don't have one.

Okay, sure ..but how is a full HD panel with no problematic tuner in it not clear? Or is there some other impossible to meet parameter where it falls short?

Erm, get someone with a tv license to buy it for you. It's not rocket science.
