Pure DSL Openserve & Vox

I placed an order for pure uncapped DSL on the 7th of June 2020 with Vox.

I have called and emailed them various times to inquire about my order since they have not provided me with any feedback.

Last week I even emailed Openserve to find out when I can expect to have the line installed but they simply responded saying "
Order sent back to commercial. Address was incorrect on CBS."

I called Vox to inform them of this and they stated that the address is correct on the system.

Is there anything I can do to speed up this process?? I am in desperate need of an internet connection at my house and at this pace, it won't happen any time soon...
 
I spoke to someone at Vox today. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get the line up and working (openserve delay of course). I have an existing line, but apparently a whole new line has to be put in.

I cancelled the order, way too long a wait, and I can already tell there's going to be a long waiting time if anything ever goes wrong with the line. Just can't get away from Telkoms shittyness.

This is in the northern suburbs, Cape Town.
