PvE enchancement Shaman weapons

Hi guys


I need to get 2 very slow 1h weapons for my shaman. I'm looking for PvE weapons if possible or I'll need to get the PvP ones for PvE aka Raiding.

I would prever to buy crafted ones or BoE ones as this will be for my newly ding'd lvl 70. Pls guys if you know of any that I should be looking out for I would appreciate it.

O and now the heroic farm starts for gear :(
 
The PVP s1/s2 axes are your quickest bet with good speed and stats before you can get to Tempest keep IMO

If you really want something from an instance the Epic that drops from Kael in MgT is quite nifty with a gemmable slot. Not many nice enhancement toys in PvE for fresh 70's tho :(

I went Boggspine Knuckles + Claw of the Watcher. Alternatively theres the epic boe Runic hammer

Trust me, no-one wants a freshly dinged 70 enhance shaman for MgT heroic (assuming you're refering to the Breeching Comet). So i agree PVP is the quickest way to get weaps.

The crafted BoE's are not a good idea at the moment. Runic Hammer is the best of the lot but it's still faster then you'd like and the Mats are a bit hefty.

If you can get a Kara pug grab Fool's Bane and The Decapitator.

Do you have any idea off which boss they drop ? I will have a spot in Wednesday's raid in Kara so that should be cool. Fool's Bane (Nightbane?)

Fools bane = Illhoof
The Decapitator = Prince

K nice, so That will only happen later in the week then :( We do Kara up to Curator on a Wednesday.... Looks like I'll have to get some nice slow Greens for the time being. I hate the PvP weapons as they lack stats even though their DPS are nice
 
Perhaps i should add that I've never seen the decapitator drop... least i've seen the sunfury more than it :p
 
You could even use 2x Decapitator should you luck out. Not too sure about Fool's Bane though.

In the end your best bet for 2 Good weapons is just pvp for 2x Season 2 Maces/Axes.

I hate the honor grind for weapons, that will take one full weekend just for 2 weapons :(

But I think you are 100% correct though. I'll have to bite the bullet on this one again :o

I have 4 Decaps in bank,2xmongoose enchanted,2xpotency enchanted :P

Even our resto shammy's have it dual wielding offspec hehe
 
I'm using Merciless Cleaver main hand and Fool's bane (with +10 str gem) off-hand. Unbuffed, Fool's bane (87.5 dps) with epic gem provides just as much DPS as Merciless (97.5 dps), but scales with BoK.

ooo thanx for reminding me.

Another thing, what enchant should I get ? Mongoose is more a Rogue enchant I think. Should I get Mongoose x2 also or maybe something that gets my AP/Strengh up ?

My shaman has Rage and Fury from ZA enchanted with goose and 2x fool's bane (offspec) :)

Now that will buff my Agility, where as enchancement I have a huge amount of +crit anyway. I was aiming for more white damage. But I think you are prob right

Potency is lose even for Enhance.

Enhance is very crit based so 120 Agi ands 2% Haste is awesome for them. Crusader is only slightly worse then Mongoose as it procs for +140 AP which is a nice boost.
