Your ping is bad because your signal is bad. You need to move your device closer to a window or even put outside. Everyone forgets that rain's network is much smaller than the big 2 and you need to try harder to find good signal. I moved mine to my porch and went from1mbps to 10mbps

Device is right next to My Balcony Window and I am higher up in an apartment , will also try different positions ,thank u kindly for the reply much appreciated

Mine was also insane ping and slow speeds. I change to 2600mhz +1800band selection, seems to be fine now.

Generally speeds are advertised as "up to 10Mbps".

Lol then Rain mite as well say up to 20Mbps with that ideology since its tough to even see 5Mbps
