hello guys - apologies if this was asked before but i have some connection problems with my huawei 5G CPE PRO

i live within the 5G area but i have constant connection problems whereas the 5G disconnects at times or the speed is as slow as hell

i did the location optimizing till death where i get a rate of 95% connection with 5G signal that is amazing but my speed is still below 10mb per sec

ive tweaked and factory reset and tweaked and facory reset but i am not getting it go past 30mb/s and if i get there its only for a brief moment -

keep in mind i live in a flat so i keep the router on the window sill but i just cant seem to get it right

if need to i will post pics of my current settings if it would help
 
Ek is ook in Centurion ,

Is al op rain van november laas jaar , dit was als fine tot en met Jan, Ek het n oop ticket met hulle nou van Jan af , en ek wag nou nog dat hulle dit uitsorteer .
 
Also in Centurion - disconnects and slow speeds today all over the show. Pretty much unusable.

I placed an Order with Rain for 5G as they just informed me that there are in my area. I am based in Kempton Park
My Telkom ADSL has been down for 2 Weeks now and its hard to get it fixed (The only option i have, no fibre. LTE can only go up to 10Mbps)
I need to be working as Telkom, Vodacom and MTN all seem to have unreliable connections
So when i get to the chat on the Rain Website it puts me in a forever queue and by the time i get to the chat the session has expired and i get to number 100 in queue. There is no way to contact Rain as it all just BOTs
Please assist i am loosing my patience, i know there is corona but the IT Services are classified as critical
Is there perhaps a way tp get them to respond to my tickets

May i suggest that if you open a chat with them, frequently type random msgs as you wait so that there is no timeout - this way you wont be kicked out and you may actually get to speak to someone. There is a rain rep around so try that as well. Also drop them an email through support. That way you have several points of contact with them and one of them should yield results

Thank you so much, i implemented the approach and after 2.5 hrs i managed to get hold of them
 
That's why we love MyBB, Pretty helpful people here. Also a shout out to the owners of MyBB for a lovey platform to discuss issues. I appreciate you guys and all the community members. I just received a message that my delivery has been scheduled with RAM courier.
Who will do the installation if i may ask. Sorry to ask, I haven't had a 5G install before or lest still know someone who has it. I know the technology requires a line of site for best results. So my assumption is someone has to assist me right. Be it outdoor or indoor for the best signal

Can someone assist me to setup the router for RAIN. I have received it
Follow the instructions in the box. The rain leaflet explains it quickly. It is easy. Literally plugging in the device and maybe moving it around your house looking for the best signal.
If you dont have signal indoors, then contact them and find out who can install for you.
I did the outdoor install myself.
