Hi there. I wonder if you can help me, im not getting a response from support. When i created my account on i entered the wrong ID number by accident and now that i want to activate my sim it wont allow me to RICA using the correct ID because they dont match. When i go edit my account i can change my details execpt for the ID number. Cant create a new account because I've already been billed on this one.
Please help & thanks in advance for your time.

hey i did the rain sim days ago when making profile i used my moms id then when i rica they ask for 3 month bank statement so my dad had so i used dads bank statement his id and all then it keeps pending for days i call support they told me to cancel order and make new acc i madde new acc for payment i cant use my mastercard it say card already linked to an acc

Hi we registered but my fiance passed away and now when I want to rica my sim i have to put a valid id, but he cant. Please helpe register a new id

Im having the same problem ...i cannot change the ID number on the account and ive already made payment.
 
Hi I need when I was creating my account I entered a wrong ID number I need help to reset as I have already payed my bill and wont let me rica the sim since the ID number dont match
 
Good day. I also have the same issue as off adding an incorrect ID number when registering my rain account. Now stuck on RICA process.
