RAIN Activation

Can anybody give me a contact of the CEO of RAIN. I subscribed to their RAIN 5G home Premium Package and now almost a wekk after the product was delivered, they still have NOT activated my service....You cant call them, you cant mail them you cant log a ticket, nothing. How the hell do they operate then????
