The satellite views are not great due to lingering cloud, but this image gives a good idea of the snow over the Swartberg mountain range in the southern Cape. Snow is shown as light blue in this false-colour version, to distinguish it from clouds:

There is still a lot of cloud around, preventing good views of the snow on the mountains. This morning's satellite overpass (Thurs 20th) shows a band along the coastal Outeniqua Mountains in the lower center, north of Plettenberg Bay, as well as the Swartberg in the west, and the Sneeuberge mountains near Graaff-Reinet in the north-east.:
