Mines a 6 bar oil heater and still barely keeps the temp comfortable in a medium sized room on very cold nights.

Another moderate intensity cold-front is likely to make landfall over the SW-Cape late on Sun 8th. This will bring some rain, with strong winds and widespread cold conditions, extending over the southern half of SA on Mon 9th (public holiday).

It's lekker thick mist, but get above it and it's a beautiful sunny day. Always a bit strange getting back from a bright run at Newlands and driving back down into thick gloom.

went for a decent walk above Disa Towers(yeah, them Tampon Towers), was actually quite warm, well above the fog... Then got back home to Gardens and looks pretty bleak :-( Should burn off, but temps are gonna be in the mid teens.
