Also got one or two. Wondering if it's worth investigating further though. Wind-driven torrential rain causes all sorts of issues that don't normally occur. It's like taking a hose pipe full tilt at a right angle to a window for an hour. Water is going to get in the tiniest hole, even at the top.
I specifically sealed up an area that was leaking last winter, but it managed to find a way in during this heavy downpour. Less than last year, but it still found a gap somewhere.
Maybe they should not have built a mall on top of a wetland. The gym there now has a new large swimming pool in the parking lot.

At least in CPT when you phone the Municipality and ask them to come and clean the storm water drains they are there the next day (which is what a relative did)First it's Dirtbin getting pummeled with floods.
