V windy next few days, howling from my view high up past Glen Cairn.. entire bay flecked with white horses, gusts up to 20 m/s along FB coast.

Can't abide the lashing SE wind but at least it keeps the temp moderated.

I was at Simonstown golf course last week. Lost about 10 golf balls on 9 holes. The wind realy howls there. Will just use the putter next time.

So much thunder and lightning here in the blouberg area , cat has run for cover and hidden under the bed. I've opened up all the windows to listen to the rain. So glad we ran out of parking at the office today .

Haven't heard thunder like this in ages in CT, woke up to sunny skies and brisk wind only to be replaced by overcast and low, ominous dark clouds a few hours ago and then out of nowhere, thunder! Wind has abated as well.

Far more rain in last 30 minutes than expected as well, only a sprinkling was forecast. There goes my washing being dry for today.

Lol, for once, I used these conditions to my advantage. Was driving home now and my car was nice and soaked. Pulled into the garage, got out a chamois and gave it a good wipedown!

Trying to remember when last a thunderstorm stuck around for so long. Massive cracks of lightning and thunder up Blouberg side. They always seem to pass as quickly as they arrive but not today.

I hung mine out last night thinking that it should be dry by lunch time today. Lunch time I took a nap and woke up a few minutes ago. Completely forgot about it. Almost all my clothes. I only have the shorts and t-shirt I'm currently wearing that's dry

My home office is very LOUD right now
