Rain and storm for Cpt

Not much rain today
I expected more

The key point about this week is not so much the absolute intensity of the rain, but the fact that every day has some amount of rain. The long-term climate statistics for CT in June show an average of 13.3 days with rainfall >= 0.1mm. To have multiple consecutive wet days seems unusually relentless, with no sunny breaks to warm up, or dry laundry, etc.

Yup, its a constant non stop rain this past week and a bit and for the rest of this week too into next week
The dam levels all around the western cape are going to look very good at the end of the month.
I think we have dodged Day Zero this year

wish i could post the vids of me taking my boat to Epping this morning!
Do you have to navigate the "pothole" in Hawkins Avenue?

I had a lot of standing water on the way to work this morning, in places it's never been before. Storm water drainage system is under strain.
