I remember when we used to drive past the dam during school holidays, Depending on the time of year, it was either almost empty or all the sluice gates were open. Was an impressive sight that for a desert dweller.The DWS chart for the Clanwilliam Dam shows an insane rate of increase, from 50% on Mon 12th to 70% this morning and 90% by midday (Thurs 15th).
