Some carports blown away, lots of trees damaged and branches all over.
My solar panels and carport I installed myself is still standing.
I'm not waiting on the municipality to sort out the trees in the road as two of them are cracked down the main trunk and will fall into my yard and damaging my fence.

bent in half our garage door, roof panels flew off, hectic winds, feel like a Tornado, is about to touch down,
quite insane the amount of winds and rain, gonna be interesting driving to the office tomorrow, that's assuming the traffic isnt going to be the equivalent of a parking lot at the mall.

Schools are closed tomorrow in the Overberg, Cape Winelands, and Helderberg (Somerset). I haven't seen an official notice.

It is reported that there are fallen trees blocking the roads in my neighborhood. The boundary wall of an estate in Gordon's Bay has collapsed. A tree fell on an access gate. A secondary school's roof fell out.
There are loads more reports.
