Rain APN - Vodafone mobile router

Can you please help... My 4G connection has been going off since the beginning of last week. But from Friday it started going off totally I have to go to out in the street to look for internet connection. I've tried adding a now APN but its not helping. I even inserted the sim on a different device, still no luck.

What could be the problem, help...

Sounds like you have signal problems at your house specifically. You may need a stronger router or even a router with external antenna such as the Poynting antennas.

I just checked that the device you are using ( WIFI ROUTER R205 )is a 3G device, the rain sim will only work in 4G enabled devices. to answer your question no it will not work in your device.

Bro it’s easy if you have a rain sim ... depending on what package you have ... you can either upgrade to the 480 package which is the 24/7 ...

And get yourself a router ... I mean it’s not that difficult to get yourself an LTE one ...

Get yourself a vodacom one and just changed the APN ... why I say vodacom because it’s cheaper buying it like that and just changing the APN ... that’s what I did the first place ...

But I sold it for 600 bucks again 5 months later and added a 200 difference for a B525.

The DNS or whatever you call that needs to be clear … you just have to add rain to the apn that’s all … you can even type internet in there nothing else
