RAIN bandwidth throttled/shaped

Anyone else noticed a limit to D/L speeds. Downloads appear to be limited to almost exactly 1MB/s :wtf:. Has been like this for last 2-3 weeks. Previously, anywhere between 2.5 and 4MB/s

I received this as an sms this morning...
 
I have 5 clients using this in areas where there is no ADSL, fibre not even in planning stages, and other mobile ISPs are more costly.

I hope it gets better for them and others in such areas.

It did go down and came back up. Speeds about 30 down and 15 up. All signals stats stayed the same.
