Rain connected to wrong tower

I haven't even had rain for a month. The closest tower to me is less than 500m away, yet I'm connect to a tower 100km away. I don't have coverage. I've tried inputting the apn manually. Circled this house 3 times already. Nothing seems to work. When they call you, they tell you that everything is in order on their side. What hogwash is that? Do I enjoy walking around my house with a route at hand?? Rain isn't worth it.

I currently have the same problem for 5 days Straight rain is unusable no internet can't even run a speed test and the rain support is useless really as I wasted my airtime for like 3 times for the same copy and paste responses the apn, restart the phone response it's ridiculous really, I keep telling them rain is locking me to the furtherest tower but the solution is always take the sim for 20 minutes or restart the phone and guess what still connected to the same tower that is the furtherest. Now I have to buy data from other networks to do my work on the internet and still pay rain the full amount for no service for this month. I used rain for like 5 months with no problems prior to this but it seems like they are making it easy for people to cancel their packages recently with this kind of nonsense.

haven't even had rain for a month. The closest tower to me is less than a kilometer away but it's connected to one which is 22km away and it says connected without network, I can't really find connection unless if I try get closer to it which is unfortunate because sometimes I have to write school work.
I hope you can help me get connected to the one close to me.

Could rain please change my tower, it seems it is connected to the wrong tower, I've tried moving the router with no change, I've been experiencing a REALLY slow connection for the past few days. I've tried to get in contact with rain with no avail. Someone got in touch with me when i posted a bad review on Hellopieter but my connection is still exactly the same. I cannot keep going on with this as I'm working from home and couldn't get anything done last week and it seems its going to go on like this for a while. I pay a lot of money to barley have any internet, yet im paying the full price at the end of the month. This is so frustrating!

Yup same for me, multiple attempts and still slow and high amounts of packet loss.
