Rain Connected With No Internet

@rain_mobile @rain_networks I’m in Braamfontein and using the Oppo Rain 4G/5G wifi. I have been getting the “Connected, no internet” issue on all my devices for more than a week now. On the oppowifi terminal the data signal appears to be working well and the Wi-Fi as well as they show as green on the top right corner of the screen, however the internet appears to be off as it is greyed out. I’ve tried restarting the modem on the terminal and physically multiple times, but that did not help.

I'm struggling to with my rain 5G router my phone it's connected but there's no internet access so please help me you can get on this number <redacted/> or email :<redacted/>

I'm struggling too with my rain 5G router my phone it's connected but there's no internet access so please assist
 
Rain service is terrible shame, they will promise to call you back but they never, you never get help always they are escalating your query but no one responds to that query. I have the exact same problem. I have had RainOne for two months now. I keep reporting that the tower in my area is faulty. Its yet to be repaired. Tuesday the 17th of October will be an entire month without connection. I was assisted at first but it seems im being ignored now. Which i have the right to conplain about a service that im paying for but not getting.
 
I'm getting tired with complaining about my situation your agents have been call called but nothing seemed to work please help 342Broodryk we don't have internet l tried all trucks you say windows reboot take out sim card nothing worked this are the pictures l uploaded and see what going on l wish you can send your team to the areas that we have problem because over the phone nothing really worked as l think of it l think something is wrong in buster please check it out so we can continue with your happy services l never had problems with rain but this 5days its giving frame .Although your sim are pretty working good keep up with good service plz .help with the wifi lm loosing lot money as l work from home can't open a file are downloaded anything it's really frustrating please help
