Rain Connected With No Internet

My internet connection comes and go.Right now router is on all fine but I can't connect.I have restarted router n device several times but no luck Plz assist

Good day...my sim card is has been saying not working No Network for the past 4 weeks now.I've been calling the call centre without any progress. Can u pls assist
 
Hello Rain yesterday on the 23 feb 2024 and today 24 I have outage where the router is red and I have eliminated all options because there was a connection on the 23 and then during the day an out age. My email is [email protected] and my address David Cebekhuku Road Amatikwe Inanda 4310. I don't have airtime or even data to make further communications pls if possible make a report since I need a connection for my project.

They have decided to start charging customers on the 24th instead of the 31st without notice. So mine is cut off too. I've only had bad experiences with rain in Gauteng. It's the worst ISP in the country. I'm finally able to leave the service this month. MTN has a month to month offer and rain will lose all their business to MTN. They will gladly take your money and won't bother to deliver internet most of the time. And if they choose to it's slow. They also throttle your connection and lie about it. If your speeds go down and you phone them they temporarily unthrottle it and tell you that your connection is fast. Speedcheck confirms that the fastest speed you get at rain is when you are on the phone with them. Its disgusting and they deserve to lose clients. My advice is to change ISP and warn others about them online before they scam more people

Stop your involvement with these people. I'm shopping around for another provider. Rain has taken my money with zero service delivery for months. Im shopping around for a good ISP. I suggest you do the same

Just post your ID number and credit card details too while you're at it.

@rain_mobile @rain_mobile I am Bezvalley and using the SSID: HUAWEI - C67B Rain 4G wifi. I have been getting the “Connected, no internet” issue on all my devices for more than a week now. On the wifi the data signal appears to be working well and the Wi-Fi as well as they show as green on the top right corner of the screen, however the internet appears to be off as it is greyed out. I’ve tried restarting the modem on the terminal and physically multiple times, but that did not help.
Please help

My Wi-Fi is fully up to date yet hasn't been turned on, I've made numerous attempts to contact support and have had no help whatsoever, I have now been without internet for over 12 hours and had to buy more date just to finish my exams. Pathetic service, pathetic support, pathetic internet, do better Rain. This is not the first time I've had this experience and I'm afraid you have lost a customer. @rain_mobile @rain_networks
