Rain customer support Help!!!

@rain_mobile, I want to get a sim for the 4G 24/7 R470/pm. The problem is that the site does not want except my address. And secondly how do you get the sim card to be sent to the nearest pick up point, i do not see any process on the website.

Please note that we currently have a few ways to get a sim card delivered to you ASAP.
the fastest way is ordering one from MR Delivery which is at a cost of R1, next will be Take A lot website, next is getting one from Clicks store that has a Pargo counter and lastly, we have a sim card in MEN's and Woman health magazines

All the methods that I have mentioned above require you to activate your account via our Online RICA process which you will need the following documents :

1. S.A ID
2. Proof of address not older than 3 months.
3. the process is done via your smartphone as there is a requirement for selfies to be uploaded with a short video of yourself used as a live recognition.

Is the alternative doesn't suit your needs and you still want to order from our website, please send me a DM with your number so that I can have an agent call you and assist you with delivery.

Hi Team, Internet speeds still reaching 50 Mbps on a premium line. 5G Light is Green, 4G Light is Blue.

This is not lekker when you paying the premium price for higher speeds and getting no where.

Good day. I've inserted my rain Sim into a Vodacom K4203-z USB modem. Changed the APN to rain, but still no service

I have reactivated my sim on the 1st of August and today its the 7th without internet i have contacted support without responding can i be helped please
 
I have been waiting for my sim card over a month. Am done waiting I want to cancel the order and get my refund
