Thanks for the heads up, so thise group tried calling me the other day but didn't even get a word in before it dropped , saw this thread and realized who they are.

I've checked my old rain account from 2020 and noticed my account is in the negative for that old 4G unlimited plan they have. which doesn't make sense at all.

I don't understand as to whose clever idea it is to try claim they're owed funds when I haven't used their service 3 years ago and canceled.

They tried to call again now and as the call centre lady said hello , they dropped the call again , so they can't even keep their lines working.

How did you managed to get them to fix their mistakes?
