Rain intermittent connectivity

Good Morning

am i the only experiencing breaks in my wireless 5g Router from Rain , I been using rain for almost 2 years i know the network and speed is not the best but lately my router just cuts off wireless signals while it is still on , is it a common issue or should i look at conntacting Rain ?

It's been very degraded the past few days here as well, maybe international routing issue or something. Local traffic seems fine but stuff like Youtube is totally busted.

Changing my DNS to Cloudflare helped a lot, 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
