I would request for some one to come out again with different hardware that has to be a tower issue. Have you tried locking the antenna?

Yup it is locked for sure ,
I already asked them for someone to check the hardware yesterday , and they said the technician that was here the last time said the device looked fine .

But yes i agree , There is some really wrong with the towers . myself and @cavedog did a few tests till about 12:00 last night, but i will wait for him to come online aswell , but we seem to have the same issue ,

According to rain though , there is no issue's with the towers , but from what we saw last night i beg to differ.

I don't even get a 5G signal anymore, cannot remember the last time the blue light was on. My speeds hardly goes over 10Mbps. The last time it got over 20Mbps was a week ago. I moved it around and get signal from different towers, but the lack of speed remains. It is no towers, it is their network that is ****.

I think we should start a Thread dedicated to failures .
Then Rain can monitor that thread , Clearly their systems and engineers arent picking up outages.
So maybe we can do that for them then.

I swear it looks like an authentication problem or something. It keeps trying to connect to the 5G. Gets great signal then drop after a second or two. Then stays off for a minute and then try and connect again and then after a second or two drops again.

Yeah seen that as well . But i dont think it's Auth .
Do me a favor , I restarted mine again just now , and i see it has connected again (Didn't work earlier) , Dont you wanna check yours as well ?
