Had some good 5G this morning but now it's 3 and a half hours with just 4G. Couldn't even stream 360p Youtube without buffering.

You know, if the upload and download were reversed and if it actually held the connection it would actually be workable since I managed just fine on a 20Mb dl & 1Mb upload ADSl line for ages.
Yeah that would be a good start.
MY issue is .
I need to work (Heavy user, ,Mail\Office ,RDP , Teams , Gotomeeting , Zoom , Citrix , )
The musses needs to work (Mail \Office \ SAP \ RDP for in house software)
I have 2 kids that get school video's pdf's etc .
Mother in law that also needs to work . (Mail\Office , Zoom , Anydesk(For in house software) )
So this rubbish they call a connection just aint cutting it at the moment .
And as soon as the internet drops , i have a whole household on my @ss , Plus clients , plus a manager . wanting to know whats going on.
The Company i work for (One of the BIG names in the ICT industry ) is now pushing the work from home thing a little harder , even after COVID , They are planning on supplying us all with Rain R250 sims , We are 190 Employee's just in this Business Unit.
So i have actually gone out of my way this weekend to compile a list of all the calls i have logged , All my data i have collected from being down , all my speedtest results , The posts on this forum will also be used .
Myself and my Manager have a meeting scheduled on Tuesday with the Managing Director to advise him against the Decision to use RAIN , and rather look for an alternative solution.
Most of the other employee's (90%) are lucky and have multiple other options , The other (10%) Will also need to use some from of Fixed Wireless , but there are other options , Vodacom , Cell-C , Telkom , MTN
Unfortunately there is only myself with only one more option. WISP. But i am busy arranging a site visit for the LOS tests .
I think the final nail in the coffin for me , is sheer lack of support. Because there is none.
The Rain rep on the forums only post Generic copy and past responses .
The Support e-mail , sends you a Generic mail and then never responds .

I mean really ? Yes , i logged on to your systems and resolved the issue myself

.... No my issues have not been resolved . Who would have resolved it , if you haven't even action-ed it yet ?
The internet Fairy's seems to have missed my house .
I've had to work from 5am to 10pm , Monday to Sunday , to try and catch up with everything i miss when my link goes down .
and dont get my wrong , i know i'm not the only person with issues out there, There are many of us and i'm sure some of them in the same boat as me .
That's my rant for the day folks .
