I don't know if this is pure coincidence but after sending my account details to @rain_mobile, my connection has been stable for almost two days now with only minor drops that reconnects immediately.

@rain_mobile, did you guys do anything on my account / tower?

Hopefully I'm not celebrating to early and my connection degrades again right after posting this

I've been too scared to post the whole day because I don't want to jinx it. I don't know if they fixed something or if the weather is better or something but my connection has been really great the whole day. Even when it dropped it reconnected immediately.

If it continues this way then I will be so happy. I pray to the rain gods to give me good internet.

So now instead of a few large breaks we've opted for the apparently less notable mini-breaks - which, by the way, are pretty damned noticeable.

Same dude.
I really hope mine stays this way. I've only had it drop 5 times over the last 3 days but each time was a minute or two which is amazing compared to how it was.

I'm thinking that with everyone slowly going back to work that it's going to get better and better for everyone.

Still down form Wednesday in Villieria, Pretoria. And too think I defended them-Rain-on this forum less than a week ago.....that bite me in the @ss...:) The worst part is that there are no communication from them as a company, no way to contact them except the support-tickets with zero attention to it, just the standard message back.

The only feedback you do get it seems is an email asking if you still have the issue ,
Once you reply to that the say you still have an issue , it seems to go to "file 13" so all they do is send you an e-mail to say they have sent you an e-mail ....

I have replied to the e-mail but as i said , Haven't hear anything since.
Also sent followup e-mails asking for an update , But those just get ignored it seems .

I am getting the feeling that , they are ignoring this (All the issues) in the hopes that i would resolve itself somehow.

I still think that the MYBB Team should poke at them to find out what is going on .
Because they sure aint going to tell us .

So glad I cancelled rain and went for ADSL instead. Although that might also soon be cut...

Agreed. They just don't engage with their clients.

Spoke too soon, 5G disconnection problem returned a couple minutes past 12pm.

At this point the only thing to do is cancel and move to another ISP or just keep paying and hope the network sorts itself out in time because the pathetic Rain support sure don't know what the hell they are doing.

I want to cancel, mailed them as they are not answering their phones anymore and just got this back....so cancellation seems to going to be a nightmare as well. rain-answer.JPG
