Completely down in Stellenbosch from exactly 13h00. The normal restarting of the router does not seem to do the trick this time. What could possibly be going on?
It seems when load shedding takes towers down, which I am assuming are Vodacom towers here, it throws us on some very obscure towers which do not handle well at all. After load shedding, try rebooting your router, and using the band tool to force to 1800, then back to 2600 if you're using 2600. Worked for us.Just died on me. Durban, Glenwood area. Went from 70mbps to no signal, nothing. Normally when there is loadshedding I pickup the other towers far away.
Edit: Back up and running again.
