Yes mine is showing weird things like 0GB and R0 all over when I am on the R250 plan. Also showing I have used 0GB of 5GB when my peak spend limit is 0.
 
Rain dead here. Red light. A reboot does not work.

Dashboard is also missing on the portal.
 
Lets hope they using the extra spectrum government gave to upgrade the systems lol

Did you request an upgrade from unlimited off-peak to unlimited 4G Home?

they were working on the main Rain website for maintenence and upgrading the website accounting system all working 100% now.
 
I have nothing under manage and no connectivity all of a sudden its gone? any reason im on uncapped 249 a month?
 
Been dead for me too, as we are working on our network configs and setup... though we borked something FFS.

Stay on the uncapped R249 package the 24/7 package is just another story all together ,wish i stayed on the R249 package as i had no issues before
 
I just received the upgrade from the the unlimited off-peak to the 4G unlimited Home, first question is WTF. Is Rain prioritizing the more expensive package as I'm getting almost double the speed????
 
hmm, thanks for the earlier messages about the recent disconnect @ghostRgg @Kosmik - pity it seems that rain is disconnecting every night just after midnight or in the early morning now.
